Mission

As an Autoclave Technician, you will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and controlling composite material curing cycles in the autoclave, ensuring compliance with process parameters (temperature, pressure, and vacuum) and established quality requirements. Your role is key to ensuring the structural integrity and final properties of the parts.

Responsibilities

Prepare the autoclave load:

- Verify the correct preparation of tooling and vacuum bags before curing.

- Execute curing cycles according to specifications (temperature, pressure, and vacuum curves).

- Monitor and record parameters during the cycle:

Experience:

- Experience in operating autoclaves or thermal processes (valuable).

- Experience in a regulated industrial environment (aerospace, automotive, etc.) is valuable.

Technical knowledge

- Composite material curing processes (prepreg)

- Interpretation of curing curves (ramps, dwell, pressure)

- Vacuum systems and thermal control

- Handling of instrumentation (thermocouples, sensors)

- Process traceability and documentation
