Mission

Perform technical interventions across multiple disciplines (multitasking), ensuring that facilities remain in optimal working condition, complying with current regulations, quality standards, and safety measures.

Preventive Maintenance

  • Execute preventive plans for electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, and structural elements.
  • Verify the general condition of facilities through periodic inspections.
  • Detect potential anomalies and propose improvement actions.
  • Document all interventions in the management system.

Corrective Maintenance

  • Diagnose and repair faults in low-voltage electricity, lighting, fixtures, basic HVAC, sanitary ware, and water networks.
  • Perform minor repairs in carpentry, locksmithing, and masonry.
  • Handle urgent incidents to ensure continuity of service.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers for work requiring authorized personnel.

Facility management

  • Monitor the operation of HVAC systems, ventilation, pumps, electrical panels, boilers, carpentry, locksmithing, and furniture.
  • Carry out small installations and modifications when required.
  • Coordinate work with external companies when required.

Safety and regulations

  • Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations and internal procedures.
  • Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and certified tools.
  • Signpost and secure maintenance areas.

Administrative Management

  • Record all interventions in the maintenance management system.
  • Keep the inventory of materials and tools up to date.
  • Report relevant incidents and replacement needs to the supervisor.

Experience

Technical Knowledge
