Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in business development, product management, electric mobility, energy, or technical infrastructure.
Analytical capacity for data-driven decision-making.
Experience in project management and coordination with different areas.
Availability for frequent travel nationwide.
High orientation to results, autonomy, and leadership capacity.

Nice to have

Knowledge of the electric mobility and electric vehicle charging sector.
Experience in pricing and profitability strategies.
Knowledge of management software and charging interoperability platforms.
Experience in supplier management and maintenance of technical infrastructures.

The role

We are currently looking to hire an Operations and Product Manager – Electric Charging Network who will report directly to the Business Director. Among their main functions are:

Defining and driving the commercial strategy of the electric charger network, guaranteeing its competitiveness and profitability under the PLENERGY philosophy.
Analyzing and optimizing both the charging infrastructure and the user experience, leading the evolution of the associated systems and applications.
Periodically supervising the charger network at a national level through recurrent visits to the stations.
Guaranteeing the correct operability of the network, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as monitoring systems and incident control.
Identifying improvement and growth opportunities that contribute to the development of electric mobility within PLENERGY.
