Requirements

The role

At INVER (GRUPO ENHOL), we are looking for a SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR to join the Project Coordination area, with consolidated experience in managing renewable energy EPC projects and the capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams in national and international environments.

This will be a key figure in ensuring the correct execution of projects, guaranteeing compliance with schedule, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability objectives, acting as the main interlocutor between the various areas involved and the different project stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of EPC projects for renewable energy generation, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, technical scope, quality, and safety.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams from Engineering, Construction, Procurement, QHSE, and Asset Management, aligning efforts with the strategic objectives of the project.
  • Act as the project manager for the internal client, performing periodic monitoring and reporting progress to Management.
  • Manage the budget and schedule of the projects, performing financial monitoring and control of deviations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and opportunities, implementing preventive measures and contingency plans.
  • Control scope changes, assessing their impact on costs, deadlines, and quality.
  • Define and monitor project KPIs, preparing periodic reports for decision-making.
  • Coordinate the handover of projects to the Asset Management area once construction is completed.
  • Participate in contract negotiation and management, as well as in the relationship with contractors, authorities, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and optimization of the EPC division's operations.

Software/Tools

  • Proficiency in project planning and management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and cost control tools.
