What you'll do

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage all key phases of the recruitment process with a high degree of autonomy (from conducting in-depth informational meetings with leaders to ensure role alignment, to designing the search strategy and through to the final stages of closing a position).
- Attract candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, social media, etc.
- Manage candidates using our unique technological tools.
- Conduct interviews based on role requirements.
- Present shortlisted candidates to project leaders.
- Build strong relationships, collaborating with the project leader and the client.
- Successfully achieve your KPIs for recruitment processes.
- Lead all projects regarding the attraction and inclusion of diverse profiles.

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, talent consulting, and recruitment (experience in the tourism, airline, or other sectors is a plus).
- Availability to start quickly.
- High level of English; native Spanish (other languages are a plus).
