The role

We are a global group listed on the IBEX 35, developing high-value innovative concessions, engineering, and services projects in more than 20 countries where we operate.

We are looking for someone like you, who joins our #SacyrCourse and helps us continue improving people's lives.

What you'll do

Taking requirements for profiles.
Posting and disseminating job offers across different recruitment sources.
Carrying out complete selection processes (CV screening, direct search, telephone interviews, in-person interviews, tests and assessments, report preparation, etc.).
Presentation of finalist candidates.
Participation in job fairs and events related to personnel selection.
Monitoring and evaluation of selection processes.

Job functions and responsibilities

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:

Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Pedagogy, Human Resources and Labor Relations, etc.
At least 2 years of experience in the described functions.
Master's degree, courses, or analogous training is valued.
Proficiency in Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.).
High level of English.
