The role

Are you studying computer science or a technology-related degree and want to take your first steps in the world of software?

We are looking for someone with a desire to learn, curiosity, and attention to detail to join our IT team. During your internship, you will take part in ensuring the quality of our applications, help resolve issues, and work alongside the development team to continuously improve our products.

We don't expect you to know everything. We are looking for someone eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow with us.

What you'll do

What will you do?

As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to:

Test new features before they reach our users.
Detect bugs and help make our applications better and better.
Validate that developments meet the defined requirements.
Investigate issues reported by users and reproduce them to make their resolution easier.
Resolve first-level functional issues.
Work alongside the development team to track bugs until they are fixed.
Verify that issues have been resolved correctly.
Document tests, issues, and procedures.
Take part in the continuous improvement of our QA and support processes.
