What we're looking for

✅ Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR.
✅ Experience in at least one relevant HR area or role.
✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems, with demonstrated technical acumen in HR Information Systems.
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
✅ Ability to work with autonomy, ownership and attention to detail.
✅ Proactive mindset and willingness to learn, improve and share knowledge.
✅ Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and diverse teams.
✅Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English

The role

As a BTA Expert in HR, you will play an active role in delivering HR processes and initiatives that support our people and business priorities.

You will take ownership of defined HR responsibilities, collaborate with different stakeholders, contribute to projects and identify opportunities to continuously improve the employee experience and the way we work. 🚀
