What we're looking for

Real experience working in stores and subsequent evolution towards supervision, operations, network management, or commercial performance roles. Experience in sectors different from bridal is valued.
Proven ability to manage people, influence Store Managers, and lead improvements in multi-center environments; a vocation for being in the field, not just at HQ.
Solid commercial and economic judgment: reading store P&L, KPIs, budgets, forecasting, and investment evaluation, without the need to be a technical BI specialist.
Good command of Excel and management tools; familiarity with ERP/CRM, automation, and applied AI is valuable, but does not substitute operational experience.
Professional ambition, fast learner, autonomy, structured mindset, resilience, and the ability to take on increasing challenges.
High professional English and working Spanish; other languages are a plus. Availability to visit stores and travel when necessary.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or similar.
Between 5 and 8 years of experience in Retail Operations, Retail Excellence, Retail Planning, or similar positions within the retail, fashion, or luxury sectors.
Experience leading cross-functional projects for process improvement, transformation, and operational efficiency, collaborating with different business areas.
Experience in team management or development and in coordinating multiple stakeholders in international environments.
High level of Spanish and English; other languages such as French or Italian will be valued.
Solid analytical capacity and experience in interpreting commercial and operational KPIs for decision-making and defining action plans.
Advanced mastery of Excel; knowledge of Power BI, ERP, CRM, and automation and Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the business will be valued.
Profile with strategic vision and results orientation, capable of combining analysis, planning, and execution.
Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills, with the ability to align store teams and corporate departments.
Organized, resourceful person with the ability to thrive in dynamic, complex, and constantly evolving environments.
Availability to travel and perform periodic store visits.

The role

We are currently looking for a Retail Operations & Performance Manager to join our team at our head offices in El Prat de Llobregat. We are looking for someone who can lead the improvement of the commercial, financial and operational performance of the Retail network from a position very close to the stores and their teams. Someone who can translate field information and knowledge into practical decisions, mobilize store managers, and execute productivity, service, network optimization and profitable growth initiatives with agility.

What you'll do

Collaborate directly with Store Managers, regional managers, and field teams; visit stores, listen to problems, develop capabilities, and support the implementation of solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and projects, prioritize real problems, resolve blockers, and ensure that decisions turn into visible changes in-store.
Drive simple standards for operation, customer service, appointment management, service, product availability, and commercial execution, respecting the particularities of each market.
Interpret sales, conversion, average ticket, team productivity, margin, inventory, and store costs; detect causes of deviation and agree on actions with Retail and Finance.
Participate actively in budgeting, forecasting, operational sizing, and periodic performance reviews, providing analysis and actionable recommendations.
Build or review, alongside Finance, business cases for openings, closures, relocations, renegotiations, and remodeling, considering investment, profitability, risks, and cash impact.
Lead specific initiatives for efficiency, commercial improvement, and process transformation, defining responsible parties, milestones, and impact metrics.
Drive the practical adoption of ERP, CRM, AI, and available tools to free up administrative time and dedicate more resources to execution and customers.
Direct and develop the Retail Operations & Performance Specialist; create a brief, decision-oriented, and learning-focused follow-up dynamic.
Coordinate with Finance, IT, HR, Product, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Experience, maintaining focus on store results.
