We are looking to bring on board Senior Machinists with a solid track record in the bridal sector to participate in the construction of Atelier Pronovias dresses.

We need highly qualified professionals, capable of constructing complete wedding dresses from start to finish with full autonomy, technical judgment, and the levels of precision and excellence characteristic of our haute couture line.

• Construct complete Atelier Pronovias dresses from start to finish with total autonomy.

• Interpret patterns, technical sheets, prototypes, and instructions from the design and pattern making teams.

• Prepare, assemble, and mount the various pieces that compose the dress.

• Execute operations of high technical complexity on bodices, corsetry, cups, skirts, sleeves, linings, trains, and internal structures.

• Work with fabrics and materials specific to bridal haute couture, such as lace, tulle, crepe, satin, mikado, piqué, chiffon, organza, beadwork, and transparencies.

• Perform draping, pleating, lace application, embroidery, beadwork, and other artisanal finishes.

• Guarantee the fitting, drape, volume, structure, and comfort of each dress.

• Master the use of the flat machine, overlock, and other specialized atelier machines.

• Combine machine construction techniques with manual sewing finishes and operations.

• Autonomously detect and resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.

• Review the quality of the garment at all stages of the process and guarantee an impeccable final finish.

• Meet established timelines while maintaining the excellence standards of Atelier Pronovias at all times.

• Collaborate closely with the design, pattern making, cutting, and quality control teams.

• Share technical knowledge and contribute to the development of professionals with less experience.
