Junior Legal Counsel

We are currently looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our team at our headquarters in El Prat de Llobregat. The successful candidate will provide cross-functional legal support to the various areas of the Group, taking part in the main matters handled by the department and progressively developing a greater level of autonomy and responsibility.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements related to the Group's activity, including service provision, supply, confidentiality, marketing contracts, and other commercial agreements.

• Advise the different business areas on day-to-day legal inquiries, supporting decision-making from a legal and business-oriented perspective.

• Provide support in matters of regulatory compliance, data protection, intellectual property, corporate law, and other areas managed by the Legal Department.

• Participate in the preparation and review of corporate and company documentation, as well as in the coordination of procedures with external advisors, notaries, and registries.

• Collaborate on regulatory and consumer law issues, including the review of terms and conditions, corporate policies, and contractual documentation.

• Coordinate and monitor matters managed by external law firms.

• Keep contractual templates, document repositories, and internal procedures of the Legal Department up to date.

• Provide support in the administrative management of the area, including budget monitoring, invoice management, and coordination with external legal providers.

• Participate in cross-functional Group projects by providing legal support to various corporate initiatives.

• Degree in Law and completed Master's in Access to the Legal Profession.

• Between 1 and 2 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

• Previous experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
