Leading payments technology company is seeking a Functional Analyst, Payments Specialist to join the Regulation and Services Development Department. Requirements include knowledge of account-to-account payments and an advanced level of English.

• Seeks a Functional Analyst, Payments Specialist (Account-to-Account Payments).

• Analysis, design, and regulatory/functional definition of instant payment services (transfers and payment requests or Request-to-Pay).
• Co-design and functional evolution of existing instant payment services.
• Identification of potential functional or process improvements, with support from the team.
• Monitoring of national and European regulatory changes applicable to the payments sector (SCT Inst Regulation, EPC Schemes, documentation of other European and non-European payment systems, DORA, etc.).
• Development of content, presentations, and support for meetings with various working groups, led by the department, with the participation of PSPs.
• Preparation of presentations, reports, and supporting documentation for various sectoral working groups or for department management.
• Liaising with participating PSPs and coordinating sectoral activities.

• Knowledge of account-to-account payments (instant payments).
• Experience in projects using agile methodologies.
• Participation in projects with a regulatory, standards, or sectoral focus in the European payments landscape (EPC, SEPA Rulebooks, PSD2/PSD3, EBA Guidelines, etc.).
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
