At ONCE, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a permanent vacancy for our Shared Services Center in Payroll and People Management within the General Directorate, located in Madrid.

What you'll do

- You will manage information within the department/work center.

- You will handle daily tasks such as registering, organizing, and managing correspondence, files, records, etc.

- You will support department members in tasks and projects.

- You will perform tasks using corporate desktop tools (SAP), email, and Office 365.

- You will prepare reports, presentations, and document summaries.

- You will provide administrative support to other teams.
