Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 year of experience in development, automation, or data and AI solutions.
Hands-on experience using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or other AI solutions for development and productivity.
Programming knowledge, preferably in Python; experience in Java or other languages will be valued.
Basic knowledge of cloud services in Azure or Google Cloud.
Demonstrable interest and hands-on experience in applied AI prototypes or use cases.
Ability to document, test, and maintain existing solutions.

Nice to have

Experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompting, virtual assistants, or agent-based architectures.
API integration and knowledge of modular architecture.
Knowledge of RAG, data quality and management, privacy, and information governance.
Experience with Git and collaborative methodologies (pull requests, branches, and code reviews).
Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with container deployments and Kubernetes (K8s) environments.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain solutions based on artificial intelligence, automation, and data analysis.
Design and build prototypes and applied AI use cases for different business areas.
Use generative AI tools to improve productivity, development, and the quality of solutions.
Integrate APIs and different technological services into modular architectures.
Document, test, and maintain existing solutions, ensuring good development practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the evolution of products and digital capabilities.
Participate in initiatives related to cloud, data management, and the deployment of technological solutions.
