What you'll get

Working conditions:*

Permanent contract.
150 hours per month.
Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with 6-hour shifts.

The role

Prosegur, a leading company in the security sector, is opening a new job opportunity and is looking to add two Security Guards to its team for a grocery store in LLEIDA with a permanent contract.

We are looking for a security professional with a specific profile, who has a well-groomed appearance and strong skills in incident management. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety and order within the premises of a top-tier grocery store.

What you'll do

Surveillance and access control.
Prevention of theft and robbery.
Customer service and resolution of security incidents.
Maintaining order and calm within the premises.
Writing reports on incidents and relevant activities.
Collaborating with store staff to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Demonstrated ability in incident management.
Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
Adaptability and schedule flexibility.
Communication skills and dealing with the public.
Proactivity and a solution-oriented attitude.
Motorcycle license A1 or a Class B license held for more than 3 years is valued.
