What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales positions, preferably in door-to-door or face-to-face sales.
Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. A clear orientation toward achieving objectives and customer satisfaction.
Attitude: Proactivity, energy, resilience, and a great capacity to work autonomously and in an organized manner.
Knowledge: Residence in Barcelona or surroundings, with great knowledge of the area.
Motivation: Desire to learn, to develop professionally, and to be part of a solid and growing project.

(We are not looking for technical profiles or installers, but rather sales professionals with a commercial vocation.)

Prosegur, a leader in security solutions, is looking to add 5 Face-to-Face Acquisition Sales Representatives (Door-to-Door) to its team to expand our presence in Barcelona and its metropolitan area.

What you'll do

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the ambassador of our innovative security solutions, visiting homes and commercial areas to:

Identify and contact potential customers, presenting our alarms and security services.
Provide personalized advice regarding the security needs of each home or business.
Generate new business opportunities and close sales, exceeding your objectives.
Manage and follow up on your client portfolio and commercial activity.
Actively collaborate in the growth and success of Prosegur in the region.
