Training with us: From November 4th to 12th from 14:00 to 19:00h (there is NO training on the weekend). It is in-person, selective, and paid upon completion of your first 30 days. Extremely high hiring rate!

The role

We are looking for Telephone Advisors for our Madrid offices (Hospital 12 de Octubre area).

YOUR MISSION: MANAGEMENT OF TRANSFERRED CALLS 📞

Forget about cold calling. Your day-to-day will involve assisting clients who have already requested information and whose calls are transferred to you. Your goal will be to advise them, resolve their questions, and close their insurance policy. Fast-paced management with real interest!

How you'll work

Schedule: We have availability for two shifts:

30 hours per week from 13:00 to 19:00h
35 hours per week 9:00 to 13:00 and 15:30 to 18:30h
39 hours per week 9:00 to 14:00h and 15:30 to 18:30h

In all shifts, work is from Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month (09:00 to 14:00h).
