A new way of working, with an intensive, organized operation oriented towards improving conversion and maximizing commercial productivity.

And to make this possible, we are looking for Specialist Sales Representatives who want to take on the challenge of joining a project that is already underway and helping us continue to expand the team, contributing to the consolidation of a new commercial model that coexists with the current one.

We are looking for sales professionals eager to build, contribute to, and grow this new project:

1. Having successfully and consistently performed, up to the present day (high % conversion rate), resource visits for TEF Assisted and Platinum companies.
2. They must be capable not only of having a good conversion rate with these opportunities but also of generating commercial opportunities from these clients (referral program).
3. Interest in specializing in the management of Assisted and Platinum opportunities.
4. Discipline to prepare visits, correctly register activity, and perform rigorous follow-up.
5. Efficiency to reorganize routes, travel, and priorities within the assigned area when faced with unforeseen circumstances.
6. Capacity to successfully manage a high volume of opportunities without sacrificing sales quality.
7. Ease in generating trust and collaborating with Movistar Stores.
8. Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt to a new way of working.
9. Commitment to quality, transparency, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
10. We are looking for sales professionals who want to become benchmarks in this new specialty and contribute their experience to the development of the model.
11. It is important to have passed the probationary period within the company to participate in this project.
