Good knowledge of C/C++ / Go / Java and exposure to Python.
Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
Familiarity with multithreading.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
Good communication skills to coordinate with teams in different time zones.
Proactive attitude, flexibility, and desire to learn.
Experience in:
Programming with C++/Go/Java or another object-oriented language.
Use of testing frameworks.
Multithread programming and thread synchronization.
Data structures: lists, trees, maps, arrays, sets.
Algorithms: sorting, searching, complexity analysis.
Scripting knowledge in Python or another language (valued).
The role
At Q-tech, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join a high technological impact project, where you will be able to work with cutting-edge tools and languages, and participate in the full development cycle of components within a large-scale data platform.
The role offers the opportunity to work on the design, development, testing, and production deployment of critical services.
What you'll do
Collaborate with the Platform, API, and Data teams in the delivery of new functionalities and improvements in data management and delivery platforms.
Analyze the current architecture, review APIs, contribute design ideas, program, and test assigned components.
Prepare and execute unit and integration tests.
Work with the QA team to ensure correct functional, performance, and stability validation, resolving detected bugs.
Document the work performed before final delivery.
How you'll work
Salary: up to approx. 65k.
Modality: practically remote, with occasional visits to Zaragoza.
