The role

At QUADIS, the largest network of official dealerships and workshops in Spain, we invite you to join QUADIS SEGUROS, our insurance brokerage, as a JUNIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

What you'll do

Receive incoming customer calls.
Manage the loading and defense of the monthly portfolio and report all information to the corresponding department.
Creation of cases in the CRM for customers requesting a review of their premium upon renewal.
Manage insurance modifications requested by customers with the different companies.
Sending copies of policies, receipts, green cards, or any other details needed in list format to customers.
