What you'll do

Recording and issuing policies in the management systems
Sending policies to clients and insurers
Document management of policies and supplements
Telephone and email customer service for clients and insurance companies
Review of documentation and follow-up of incidents
Updating databases and filing documentation
Collaboration with the sales team to ensure the correct processing of policies
Control of expirations, renewals, and policy modifications
Management of receipts and support in related administrative tasks

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 to 17:30

Friday: 8:00 to 15:00

What do we offer?
