The role
At Quadis Munich, an official BMW, Mini, and Motorrad dealership, we are looking to hire a Workshop Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team at the Sant Cugat facility.

What will your mission be?
You will be the point of reference for our customers throughout the entire vehicle service process, ensuring an excellent, professional, and personable experience.
What you'll do
- Receive and assist customers at the workshop reception.
- Detect and understand their needs and advise them on necessary maintenance and repair operations.
- Prepare and explain quotes, repair orders, and invoices.
- Monitor vehicle work and keep the customer informed of its progress.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to guarantee correct planning and execution of the work.
- Manage vehicle delivery, explaining the completed operations to the customer.
- Perform post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage incidents and resolve them in an agile and customer-oriented manner.
- Ensure compliance with the quality and service standards of the brand and the Group.
