The role

Currently, we want to bring on board an BILLING ADMINISTRATOR for one of our companies located in Mataró.

What you'll do

Guarantee the correct control of deliveries, returns, billing, and packaging management, ensuring the monitoring of documentation and the resolution of possible incidents. To do this, you will be responsible for:

Daily monitoring of the receipt of product and packaging deliveries and returns to customers.
Monitoring the receipts of large clients.
Controlling the documentation associated with deliveries.
Ensuring the correct functioning of the product delivery application.
Invoicing all company customers, and managing the different invoice shipping circuits.
Managing reports for packaging control, claims, and monitoring of discrepancies.
