The selected person will be responsible for the labor management of a client portfolio, performing, among others, the following tasks:

· Management of Social Security contributions.

· Processing of registrations, terminations, and contract modifications.

· Payroll preparation and knowledge of its internal structure.

· Management and procedures with Social Security.

· Advisory and management of dismissal processes in accordance with labor regulations.

· Labor conciliation proceedings.

· Processing of retirement files.

· Management of withholdings and taxes (forms 110 and 190).

· Resolution of labor incidents and advisory to clients.
