What you'll do

At Dentsu Madrid, we are looking to hire a Labor Relations Business Partner to act as a point of reference in Labor Relations matters and as a strategic HR partner for the business. We are looking for a person with a solid technical foundation in labor relations, a generalist view of Human Resources, and the ability to generate a positive impact on both people and the organization.

Tasks and requirements

Act as a point of reference in Human Resources and Labor Relations matters for the different business areas.
Provide specialized labor advice, manage the relationship with legal worker representation, and support the resolution of complex labor situations, ensuring regulatory compliance and support for the business.
Advise and support managers and employees on matters related to people management and labor regulations.
Guarantee the correct application of internal policies, procedures, and current labor legislation.
Manage and respond to inquiries and incidents related to the labor field.
Collaborate in the implementation of Human Resources projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Participate in the management of Labor Relations processes and in coordination with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor Relations within complex corporate environments.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and constant updating on regulatory changes.
High level of English, with the ability to operate in international environments and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Generalist view of Human Resources, business orientation, and a collaborative approach.
