• Analyze existing data models and their dependencies.
• Identify duplications, inconsistencies, and normalization opportunities.
• Define the target data architecture.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical models.
• Define entities, attributes, relationships, keys, and constraints.
• Establish naming and design standards.
• Develop and update the data dictionary.
• Validate the adequacy of the models to Oracle Database 19c and to the
• Multitenant architecture.
• Coordinate the implementation of the models with the Administrator and the
• developers.
• Participate in testing, migrations, reconciliation, and data validation.
• Document architecture and design decisions.
• Participate in the knowledge transfer to the end client.

• Higher Technician in the Information Technology and Communications family.
• Design of conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Preparation of entity-relationship diagrams and definition of entities, attributes, relationships, and cardinalities.
• Definition and application of primary keys, foreign keys, integrity constraints,
• and validation rules.
• Normalization of relational models up to third normal form and justified application of denormalization techniques.
• Physical design and optimization of data structures on Oracle Database 19c.
• Advanced use of modeling tools such as Oracle SQL Developer Data
• Modeler, erwin Data Modeler, ER/Studio, or functionally equivalent tools.
• Preparation and maintenance of data dictionaries.
• Definition of standard data types, domains, conventions, and naming policies.
• Governance, quality, consistency, and traceability of data models.
• Identification and design of common entities and reusable structures.
• Traceability between conceptual, logical, and physical models and their implementation in the database.
