Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Experience with AMOS Finance (purchasing accounting, fixed assets, etc.) and SAP CFS.
- Experience in requirements definition, functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and integration with SAP CFS.
- Knowledge of accounting, purchasing, inventory, fixed assets, CAPEX, maintenance, and billing.

The role
What you'll do
- Definition, validation, and implementation of AMOS Finance.
- Review the accounting impacts derived from the redesign of AMOS financial transactions and verify the correct recording of accounting entries in SAP CFS.
- Define the requirements for purchase orders, receipts, invoices, fixed assets, inventory, consumption records, General Ledger, CAPEX, billing, and accounting.
- Define the accounting rules for third-party, internal, and intercompany billing, including invoices, credit notes, revenue, accounts receivable, transfer pricing, and cost allocation.
- Define the financial treatment for maintenance events, work packages, repairs, overhauls, warranties, recoveries, and material movements.
- Define the monthly and annual closing processes, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, etc.
- Ensure that accounting, tax, and business requirements are adequately reflected.
- Validate purchase orders, receipts, invoices, credit notes, third-party billing, internal billing, and invoicing, including pricing data and customer balances.
- Validate inventory movements, asset transactions, CAPEX processes, maintenance costs, consumption records, and entries in the SAP CFS General Ledger.
- Support migration and data cleansing tasks relating to inventory, fixed assets, pending orders, and historical transactions.
- Collaborate in the monthly closing, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, reporting, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
