Position: Accounting Administrative AssistantLocation: Shared Services Center - Corporate Offices Madrid

What you'll do

Functions:

Financial and accounting support

Collaborate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes.

Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Support activities related to the accounting project and associated financial processes.

Monitor the economic and financial information of the area.

Participate in the preparation and review of documentation and supporting information for decision-making.

Analysis and monitoring of indicators

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics of the financial area.

Analyze deviations, incidents, and opportunities for improvement, reporting them to the process owner.

Collaborate in the preparation of performance reports and financial analysis.

Support the identification and monitoring of operational and financial risks.

Contribute to improving the quality and reliability of financial information.

Projects and continuous improvement

Collaborate on financial and transformation projects driven by the Shared Services Center.

Support the implementation and monitoring of the process-based working model.

Participate in initiatives for the automation and optimization of administrative and financial tasks.

Detect operational incidents and escalate them to the person in charge for analysis and resolution.

Propose improvements that contribute to the simplification, standardization, and efficiency of the area's processes.

Reporting and management support

Prepare and maintain periodic reports to monitor financial activity.

Collaborate in the creation and updating of management dashboards and control panels.

Support the analysis of information needs of the CSC's client areas and centers.

Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of the information used in reports.

Relationship with other areas

Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries related to the area's processes.

Coordinate with other Shared Services Center teams to resolve incidents and follow up on activities.

Maintain fluid communication with process owners and, when necessary, with the Group's centers and hospitals.

Collaborate with the different areas of the CSC to ensure the proper functioning of financial processes.

What we're looking for

Experience

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial or accounting functions or in the analysis of administrative processes.

Experience in reporting, monitoring indicators, and supporting financial processes.

Technical knowledge

Knowledge of accounting processes, interpretation of financial statements, and financial analysis.

Upper-intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel.

Regular use of office tools and enterprise management systems.

Competencies and skills

Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous process improvement.

Ability to organize and plan tasks.

Results orientation and deadline compliance.

Good communication skills and ability to relate to multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to work collaboratively in shared environments.
