The role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person to provide administrative support to warehouse operations and coordinate the dispatch and receipt of goods, ensuring an efficient flow of materials and documentation.

What you'll do

Administrative management of incoming and outgoing goods.

Preparation and control of transport documentation (delivery notes, CMR, labels, etc.).

Daily coordination with carriers, warehouse, production, and customers.

Monitoring of loads and resolution of logistical incidents.

Updating of warehouse records and IT systems.

Support in inventories and documentary control.

Requirements

Intermediate or higher vocational training in Administration, Logistics, or similar.

Previous experience in logistics administration, warehouse, or dispatch.

Good command of IT tools and ERP.

Organizational, planning, and priority management skills.

Communication and teamwork skills.
