Logistics Administrator

Salary: €23,407.80 gross/year + €1,050 in annual variables.

Contract type: 3-month contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT) with a real possibility of joining the company's permanent staff.

Schedule / Working day:

Rotating shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 / 16:00 to 00:00.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar administrative positions, preferably in Logistics, Transport, or Distribution companies.

Academic training: Vocational Training/Higher Degree, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Engineering (specialized training in logistics will be positively valued).

IT tools: Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office suite, email, and Internet.

High orientation towards customers and results.

Strong teamwork skills.

Proactivity, leadership, and ability in team management.

Coordination, planning, and organization of transport routes.

Continuous liaison with the transport area and real-time monitoring of operations.
