The role

What you'll do

Issuance, review, and comprehensive management of the billing cycle using the A3 ERP tool.

Control, monitoring, and updating of the status of issued invoices and those pending collection.

Management of debt claims with clients and active monitoring of payment commitments.

Rigorous control of due dates and reconciliation of financial data.

Resolution of operational incidents related to billing and the collections area.

Preparation of reports, monitoring lists, and direct support in administrative tasks specific to the department.

Maintenance, filing, and organization of administrative documentation.
