• Manage and process invoices for both customers and suppliers, ensuring the correct issuance and receipt of documents.
• Review and reconciliation of bank accounts: compare bank movements with the company's internal records.
• Verify that payments made and collections received are correctly reflected in the system and ensure they are reconciled in treasury reports.
• Ensure the proper filing and management of all documents related to billing (invoices, delivery notes, orders, contracts, etc.), following the company's internal procedures.
• Ensure that all documentation complies with tax and accounting regulations, facilitating internal or external audits.
• Generate billing reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial reports as required by the department.

• Education: Vocational training in Administration, Finance, or similar.
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and billing software.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience with administrative management ERP systems will be positively valued.
