The role

At Nortempo, we are looking for a Logistics and Claims Administrative Assistant to join a company located in Silla (Valencia).

If you enjoy administrative management, delivery tracking, and incident resolution, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Manage and resolve incidents related to deliveries.
Track claims and logistics incidents.
Support traffic management and transport coordination.
Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure the smooth development of deliveries.
Manage documentation and perform administrative tasks specific to the department.
