What you'll get

Contract type: Temporary for maternity leave replacement (approximate duration: 6 to 10 months)

Working day: Full-time (40h/week)

Salary: 25,000 — Gross/Year (SBA)

Schedule and Flexibility: Monday to Thursday: 8 h and 25 min of work + 45 min lunch break + Friday: Intensive morning shift (6 h and 40 min).

Flexible start and end times (between 07:00 h and 10:00 h).

Teleworking: Up to a maximum of 8 working days per month (maximum 2 days per week), after completing the initial training period.

Social benefits: Partial subsidy for the corporate canteen for the meal service (daily menu for only 3 …).

The role

We are looking to hire a Regulatory Affairs Administrator to provide support and continuity to the regulation and regulatory compliance area within the pharmacy division.

What you'll do

Requesting and following up on documentation from suppliers.

Keeping the department's databases updated (folders, records, and Excel spreadsheets).

Creation and structuring of a new technical and regulatory documentation database in SharePoint.

Developing administrative tasks while strictly complying with GDP (Good Distribution Practices) regulations in all procedures related to the pharmaceutical division.

Management and follow-up of incidents and non-conformities.

Preparation, review, and control of technical documentation (customer questionnaires, registration files, product and supplier approvals, technical instructions, labels, etc.).
