What we're looking for

Higher Level Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing, Electromechanical Maintenance, or an equivalent technical qualification.
Demonstrable previous experience of at least 3 years as a mold fitter or toolmaker in a workshop.
Fluent handling of manual fitting tools, verification equipment, and auxiliary machining machinery.

Permanent contract from day one.
Indicative salary range from 28,000 euros to 32,000 euros gross per year, negotiable based on experience provided.
Full-time with early finish on Fridays for better work-life balance: Monday to Thursday: from 08:00 to 17:00 h. Friday: from 08:00 to 14:00 h.
Specialized workshop environment with quality technical equipment and long-term job stability.

The role

Do you have experience in toolmaking and mold fitting and are you looking for a stable project with an indefinite contract? At Randstad, we are selecting a Mold Fitter to join a highly qualified technical team!

What you'll do

As part of the technical team, your main responsibilities will be:

Performing the adjustment of surfaces and precision tolerances to ensure airtight sealing and the final quality of the parts.
Executing the integral assembly and disassembly of the components and moving elements of the molds.
Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on injection/stamping molds.
Performing the final setup and verification of the optimal functioning of the mold directly on the machine.
Using precision manual fitting tools and metrology instruments.
Operating auxiliary workshop machinery for the machining and retouching of tooling.
