Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Grade) in Mechanical Manufacturing, Electromechanical Maintenance, or an equivalent technical qualification.

-Consolidated experience of at least 3 years in technical maintenance positions in similar industrial environments.

-Solid knowledge in mechanics (extrusion, welding, and heat sealing), industrial electricity (servomotors, panels, and wiring), and hydraulics.

-Residency near the workplace in Arenys de Mar or availability of a vehicle to commute to the plant.

-Previous experience in the plastic packaging sector or continuous manufacturing lines for plastic bags.

-Capacity for autonomous troubleshooting and an orientation toward teamwork.

Competitive remuneration package: Gross Annual Salary between 34,000

and €36,000
(depending on merit and experience provided, this can be improved).

What you'll do

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production lines and general facilities.

-Diagnose, repair, and optimize specialized extrusion, forming, and plastic welding machinery.

-Intervene in electrical systems, addressing incidents in servomotors, wiring, and control panels.

-Perform adjustments, inspections, and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.

-Ensure the correct operation and fine-tuning of mechanical equipment associated with the manufacturing of containers and bags.

-Participate in the continuous improvement of the facilities and propose technical solutions to maximize efficiency and safety in the plant.
