Laboratory Analyst in Palencia

• Full-time.

Rotating morning or afternoon shift:

Morning: 6:00-14:00

Afternoon: 13:00-21:00

Initially, Saturdays would not be worked, but once the training period is completed, 1 out of every 3 is worked.

• Execute the established analytical plan, both in the internal and external laboratory, communicating the data on time within the enabled system.
• Perform the requested tests, such as intercalibration circuits, wheat and flour samples, and laboratory tests requested by the Technical

Management, reporting the results as established.

• Perform the organoleptic control of water and record the data.
• Perform product validation for the release of finished product and ingredients.
• Communicate to the Technical Management any incident resulting from the tests performed.
• Participate in communication with clients regarding quality, food safety, and incidents.
• Provide onboarding training to new hires and technical support, if necessary, to laboratory technicians from other plants.
• Submit requests to maintenance regarding needs that arise in the laboratory.
• Keep the product sample library updated.
• Provide support to the quality department in those functions requested.
• If applicable, act as a preventive resource.
