  • Participation in continuous improvement: Support the digitalization and organization of the area's documentation. Collaborate in cleaning up master personnel data. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

  • Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (FP) in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or Human Resources. Additional training or certifications in office software and administrative tools are valued.
  • Initial experience in administrative tasks, ideally in HR / personnel administration. (Valued, not required) A willingness to develop and grow within the area will be valued.
  • Tech & Skills: User-level office software proficiency (intermediate/advanced Excel, document management). Basic knowledge of personnel administration. Basic understanding of administrative, record-keeping, and data confidentiality tasks.
  • Competencies: We are looking for a profile with strong organizational skills, methodical approach, and attention to detail for accurate data recording and document control, always ensuring full confidentiality under GDPR. The candidate must stand out for service orientation and teamwork to support business units, as well as demonstrate responsibility with quality and deadlines, and a constant willingness to learn in order to take on new challenges progressively.
