Logistics Administrative Assistant

At Temps, we are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our team at a consolidated company in the transport sector located in Pedrola.

As a Logistics Administrator, you will be a key piece in the daily gears of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive Document Management: Administer and organize all documentation related to logistics operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Goods Control: Supervise and record the entry and exit of goods, guaranteeing an accurate and up-to-date inventory.
• Warehouse Movement Administration: Administratively manage orders for goods movements within the warehouse, optimizing workflows.
• Data Entry and Management: Enter and manage relevant data in our computer system, maintaining the integrity and reliability of the information.
• Telephone Support and Communication: Handle telephone calls professionally and efficiently, serving as a key point of contact for inquiries and requirements.
• Stock Control: Perform monitoring and control of stock levels, collaborating in the prevention of stockouts or inventory excesses.

• Intermediate / Higher Vocational Training in Administration 
• Higher Vocational Training in Transport and Logistics 
• Road Transport Manager
• Degree in Transport Management or Integral Logistics.
• ESSENTIAL own vehicle to commute to the company.
