• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in administrative positions with similar functions.

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:00-13:45h and 14:30-17:30h and Friday from 8:15-15:00h. Intensive summer schedule until Sept 11 from 08:00 to 15:00 h

Currently, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join an important company located in Zaragoza (La Cartuja Baja), providing support to the Administration department.

• Control and monitoring of Industry records.

• Entry into ERP of reviews/ minutes/ NC/ etc.

• Entry into ERP of the industry minutes: the sales department is notified in the event that a quote must be prepared.

• Telephone assistance

• Maintain vigilance in all dealings with clients to detect "Red Flags" of dissatisfaction and a possible contract cancellation, and you will communicate this to the area manager or delegate to be able to provide a quick and adequate response. You will guarantee the proper execution of the following activities within your area of responsibility:

• Mail / parcels service

• Management of document preservation and filing processes

• Personnel administration management: medical check-ups, distribution of tools and work clothes to technicians, recording information for breakdown notices, checking payroll variables, reporting staff registrations/deregistrations/IT to the database

• Recording maintenance work reports and interventions, etc..."
