HR Internship

At Randstad, we are looking for an HR intern for our Albacete office

• Organizes exams/evaluations for operational talent, follows up with them, and ensures they are carried out/completed within the agreed deadlines.
• Manages initial interactions with candidates, responding to their general inquiries, as well as those related to conversations about job security and income continuity for temporary jobs.
• Helps schedule interviews and coordinates with hiring teams, supporting both order-based hiring requests and proactive ones for temporary positions.
• Maintains and updates specialized candidate tracking systems for temporary workers, optimizing the short-term hiring process.
• Books meeting rooms/locations for candidate interviews.
• Collaborates closely with hiring experts to understand the requirements of operational positions, standardizing candidate information to facilitate the hiring of temporary positions. Job description
• Acquires basic skills and requires very limited knowledge of concepts, procedures, and practices to perform simple and routine tasks.
• The work is prescribed and requires little discretion.
• Works under close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.
• Affects the accuracy of their own work. Duties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail.

• Currently studying for a degree (Bachelor's or Master's, intermediate or higher vocational training).
