The role

We are looking for an Intern for our team in Laudio/Llodio.

If you are looking for an opportunity to take your first steps in Human Resources and recruitment, this could be your opportunity!

What you'll do

  • Talent detection: CV screening, telephone screening, and interviews to identify the best fit.
  • Communication with candidates and process facilitation.
  • Operational support in mass and high-volume recruitment processes, learning to manage timing and volume without losing quality.
  • Follow-up and support after onboarding.

As an intern, you will support the teams with a variety of tasks, including, among others, research, coordination, and project assistance.

Requirements

  • Proactive, dynamic profile with a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in the Human Resources field.
  • Studies related to HR: Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, and others.
  • Results orientation and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ease of working in a team.
  • Possibility of establishing an agreement with a training center.
