Requirements

What we're looking for

Accreditations and essential: Valid license / certification for forklift operation and demonstrable skill in driving load-lifting machinery.

Required experience: Previous experience in industrial plants; having worked in the paper, graphic arts, or cardboard sectors, or operating winding/cutting machines, will be viewed very positively.

Availability: Full availability to work on a continuous non-stop rotating shift schedule (morning, afternoon, and night from Monday to Sunday).

Key competencies: Rigor in compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations, attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work in a team.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Base salary: 21,408.87

gross per year.

Non-Stop Bonus: Additional monthly supplement of 66.67 €/month.

Sandwich Bonus: Supplement of 4.80 €/worked day.

Night Shift Bonus: Daily supplement of 17.54

for each night shift completed.

Working day and schedule: Hiring on a continuous schedule from Monday to Sunday in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts (M/A/N), respecting the corresponding rest days.

Location: Workplace located in Pobla de Claramunt (Barcelona).

The role

Do you have experience operating production machinery in industrial plants and are you looking for a stable opportunity within the paper processing or packaging sector? If you consider yourself a dynamic, responsible person with high attention to detail and the ability to work on continuous rotating shifts, this opportunity is for you! We are looking to hire a professional to take responsibility for the operation, supervision, and adjustment of the winding machines at the manufacturing plant.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day, you will be the person responsible for supervising the output of material from the winding line and managing its correct maneuvering and internalization into the warehouse. Your main functions will be:

Paper operation and winding: Control the output and finishing process of the paper reels, ensuring the required tension, alignment, and dimension specifications are met.

Goods movement with forklift: Perform the extraction, transfer, and placement of paper reels from the winding machine to the corresponding storage or shipping areas using a forklift.

Inspection and quality control: Check the visual quality of the paper and the winding state of the reels, applying corporate labeling and reporting technical anomalies.

Maintenance and safety: Guarantee the orderliness of the work area, perform basic preventive inspections of the machine and the forklift, and strictly comply with the plant's safety protocols.
