Your responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Industrial maintenance: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production lines to ensure the continuity of plant operations.
Technical resolution: Diagnose and solve internal failures in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems, and auxiliary installations.
Operational control: Daily review of production reports, updating the technical information corresponding to the processes of each machine.
Parts management: Keep the spare parts inventory up to date and request the replenishment of necessary materials.
Compliance commitment: Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety, food safety, and environmental management guidelines (APPCC, IFS, ISO 14001, etc.).
Schedule and Shift: Weekly rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night, from Monday to Friday. (Optional and voluntary availability for special weekend shifts of 12 hours, with an economic bonus of 500
