What we're looking for

Previous experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a floor or banquet waiter/waitress in urban hotels (3-4 stars) or restaurants with high service standards.
Technical mastery: Essential fluency in tray handling, spoon and fork service technique, table service, and dexterity in passing dishes.
Attitude and presence: Excellent customer service, proactivity, a well-groomed image, and an orientation toward excellence in detail.
Availability: Flexibility to join temporary services and shifts according to need (mornings for breakfasts, afternoons, split shifts, or weekends/holidays).

Nice to have

Valuable: Intermediate level of English for attending to business/international clients and residence in Oviedo or surroundings.

We are selecting a Hotel Waiter/Waitress / Floor Staff for temporary services and catering reinforcements in a renowned 4-star urban hotel located in Oviedo. We are looking for professionals with proficiency in the dining area, excellent technical service skills, customer orientation, good presence, and a desire to contribute energy and commitment. What you'll do

Floor, bar, and event service applying professional sector techniques: agile tray handling, table-side service, and beverage service.
Setup, mise en place, and conditioning of dining rooms, bars, and banquet or meeting rooms.
Continuous and personalized customer service at the breakfast buffet, restaurant, and cafeteria/lounge, advising on the gastronomic offering.
Taking orders, processing payments, and impeccable maintenance of order and cleanliness in the assigned section.
Fluid coordination with the kitchen and reception teams to ensure maximum quality in service.
