What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a traditional butcher with real mastery of full carcass breakdown (experience breaking down whole pieces is essential, not just cutting or packaging pre-portioned pieces).
Competencies: Mastery in the use of knives, saws, and butchery machinery, as well as good manners and friendliness toward the public.

Nice to have

Mobility: Having your own vehicle (recommended for greater convenience during commutes and breaks).

PERMANENT contract directly with the cooperative from day one.
Salary: €21,250 gross per year (Commerce).

Long weekend once a month: 1 weekend per month with 4 consecutive days off to enjoy and disconnect.

The role

Do you master the craft of traditional butchery, full carcass breakdown, and direct customer service? Are you looking for a position with a permanent contract? We are looking for you!

What you'll do

Artisanal breakdown and cutting: Direct work on whole pieces of both large carcasses (beef, pork) and small carcasses (poultry, rabbit).
Preparation and processing: Preparation of traditional cuts, mincing, filleting, and preparing the product for the display case.
Customer service and sales: Advising the public, direct counter sales, and building loyalty with a close and regular clientele.
Maintenance, order, cleanliness, and strict compliance with the section's hygiene and sanitary regulations.

How you'll work

Working Day and Rest:

Split shift consisting of mornings and afternoons from Monday to Friday + 3 Saturdays per month.
