The role

If gastronomy is your passion and you thrive in the kitchen, we want you on our team. We are looking for an experienced cook/chef with the ability to work under pressure during the busy summer service and a strong respect for the product and well-crafted recipes.

What you'll do

Preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes from the menu or buffet according to technical specifications.

Organization and control of the assigned station within the kitchen.

Stock management, waste control, and optimal food preservation.

Ensuring strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

Requirements

Proven prior experience as a cook/chef in high-volume restaurants or hotels.

Willingness to wear the standard kitchen uniform (chef jacket, trousers, apron, and mandatory safety footwear).

Punctuality, commitment, and skill in teamwork.
