As a key piece of the kitchen team, your responsibilities will be:

Expert execution: Preparation and plating of traditional Asturian recipes following the house's quality standards.

Station management: Organization and control of your work area to ensure smooth service, even during peak occupancy moments.

Quality control: Supervision of the state of raw materials and rigorous compliance with HACCP and health and safety regulations.

Teamwork: Direct collaboration with the rest of the brigade to maintain the excellence that defines us.
