The role
If you have ever seen the sunset from Paseo de la Castellana or enjoy the tranquility and vibrant rhythm of Madrid when the sun goes down, this job is for you.
We are looking for VTC Drivers to join our fleet and move through the streets of Madrid. We are not looking for someone who just goes from point A to point B; we are looking for professionals who enjoy the asphalt, interacting with people, and the freedom of driving without worries.
What you'll do
You will perform trips around Madrid and the surrounding areas through the Cabify app.
In the afternoons, you will connect professionals and travelers, and at night, you will be in charge of taking people back home safely and comfortably after dinners or events. Boredom does not exist!
You will provide an excellent, friendly, and professional experience to every passenger.
Requirements
VTC Professional Permit from the Community of Madrid (If you have it, great! If you meet the exemption requirements or are in the process, we will advise you with the paperwork).
Residence in Madrid.
Valid type B driver's license with 8 points or more.
Driving experience: at least 2 years since obtaining your license.
We positively value your ease of use with navigators (such as Waze) and your knowledge of Madrid's streets.
No prior education required; we value your attitude, responsibility, and treatment of people.

- The final stages are set by the client company: final handling of profiles and the decision on whom to contact rest solely with the company.
- Randstad does not publish timescales; your application status may not change because of the high volume of applications or because the company manages its own timings.
