Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience: A solid and proven professional track record in similar positions (private or corporate chauffeur/driver, concierge/messenger, maintenance staff, or auxiliary services).

Driving license: Valid Category B license with all points and extensive knowledge of Madrid traffic and streets.

Technical skills: Practical and resourceful dexterity in basic facility maintenance and furniture assembly.

Personal competencies: Maximum discretion, punctuality, vocation for service, proactivity, and polite manners.

Salary: €17,378.34 gross/year

The role

We are looking for a responsible, discreet, organized person with manual dexterity who enjoys a dynamic and varied routine. This role is key to ensuring the correct daily functioning of our corporate facilities and providing a safe and punctual transport service to senior management.

What you'll do

Transfer of the President and executives, guaranteeing punctuality, discretion, and the correct condition of the corporate vehicle.

Resolution of small incidents (light bulbs, adjustments, assembly/disassembly of tables) and supervision of external providers.

Control of the general state of the facilities and monitoring the quality of the cleaning service.

External procedures before official bodies, corporate errands, and distribution of correspondence or parcels.

How you'll work

Full-time split shift with a usual start time between 7:20 h and 7:30 h.

Usual working scheme of 8 hours daily, with minute adjustments for compensation to enjoy reduced 7-hour workdays (Fridays, eves of holidays, and long weekends)

Location: P.º de la Castellana, 20, Salamanca, 28046 Madrid
